Abstract
This paper introduces the queuing problem happened in Shanghai World Expo in 2010. Some new complex factors have added in this network queuing system, some advanced information techniques also had been applied in order to control the queuing service. We will discuss this queuing problem in three aspects: physical, psychological and social.
