Job Wanted: Fundamental Model Design and Realization of 3D Digital Figures of Metaverse

Location: Electronic Department, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 800 DongChuan Road, MinHang District, Shanghai, China

Department: Institute of Image Communication and Network Engineering

Forms of Work: Offline for candidates who are available and applicable to attend the job in Shanghai however also can be inline if the candidates cannot get to Institute under specified time or from overseas.

Standard Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 1.30pm to 6.30pm however overtime may be required when other groups of Institutes need assistance, cooperation and advice from 1 hour to 3 hours per day.

Work Period: 1st Jan 2023 – 30th June 2023

Purpose of Position: To provide applicable digital figures and their models of metaverse build.

Salary: CNY 2,000/Month - 2,500/Month according to work distribution weights.

Key Accountabilities:

• Figure Design
• 3D modelling production
• Skeleton binding
• Animation production
• Search for applicable add-ons of softwares and introduce them to the group members
• Game engine for virtual platform build

Person Specifications:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Great Problem solving ability
• Teamwork Capability
• Resilience - being able to handle difficulties appearing between public parts of each group

Competencies:

• Be familiar with modelling software and game engine
• Be a tutor for the softwares above for other members
• Can learn new knowledge relevant

Qualifications Experience:

• Strong 3D design and production skills
• Group Work experience of Multimedia
